I live in a 2nd floor condo, and so can't have a separate washer and dryer (condo rules), and cannot have a dryer that requires a vent. I've looked online for reviews of existing ventless washer/dryer combo machines, and other than terrible reviews of the equator brand, I haven't seen enough opinions to decide which one to buy. If you've owned or used one a ventless washer/dryer, what was your experience? What brand do/did you have? We will be buying a new washer and dryer in a couple of weeks and am interested in the Fisher & Paykel. Does anyone have any experience with any of their models? Or your reviews of any washer and dryer. I'm also considering Bosch, Maytag and Whirlpool. We prefer top loading. Thanks!

Our old washer/dryer is on the last leg of it's journey and my wife and I are looking for best options. Consumer reports gave really good reviews to one of the Frigidare (front loader) models and the washer is listed for aprox. $650 with matching dryer for about $550. Where is the best place to look for deals on these things, and is their any budge room with the larger dealers (Lowe's, Sear's, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc...)?

I've been reading good reviews on the GE Harmony washer and dryer and I wanted to hear some insight on this forum. I originally wanted to go with the Whirlpool Cabrio, but I hear they have alot of problems. Any feedback on the GE would be great, thanks for your time.
